You Couldn't Resist

How does one find love so easily? I mean first you're in love with someone, and the next thing you know, you're with somebody else. This is what happened to a friend of mine. She split up with her long-time boyfriend not long ago, and now she has already stumbled upon someone who can replace her ex. And I wonder if she ever did love her former bf enough? Well, my answer has been laid out for me. She didn't love him enough to wait until she's ever dated again. And now, lookey here, she's in a relationship again. All I can say about this is that she's in eternal anguish unless she has a significant other. But i'm afraid that she'll be hurt again. And the pain and suffering she dealt with in the past almost succumbed her to never ending emotional disturbance. It's really bewildering that some people manage to search for love in the streets and succeed without a second glance, while others are still waiting to find even their first boyfriend/girlfriend. Like me, for an instance. Well, i won't get into that; i will, instead, look on the bright side.

We single mingles don't have to deal with hardships of getting our hearts crushed. Instead, we'll discover the world in peace, and soon enough (maybe) we'll find her/him.

I don't mean this about everyone, but i think that if you keep getting in different relationships (a lot of them!), you'll find yourself getting more fragile instead of getting more durable. And you won't be sure if you've ever found true love with your partner because you kept thinking second thoughts about said person.

But that's just my opinion. I'm just enjoying my single life for now. However, sooner or later, i might just be tired with it and i'll get busy searching for my significant other.
