So anyway, nothing went on this week, but I'm so excited to blog today because I want to show my blog the purchases I've made yesterday! (I said 'my blog' because no one reads this crap. Weee) I went to the Mines shopping mall. Mom wanted to get Auntie Meithya and Uncle Zani an early anniversary gift, so we went to a gift store and bought them matching mugs. Ahaha, not very original, but still oh-so-cute. I love the Mines because they have so many little stalls that sell a lot of adorable things. There is one stall which sells the cutest flats ever. Each of the designs just screams I AM CUTE, BUY ME.
I didn't buy any of them, sadly. But I went to another shoe stall and I bought myself a pair of tan-coloured suede flats! Tres chic!
Unless you're an avid shopper like me, (I wish lol) you won't get that dose of happiness after you bought something. When I looked at those shoes it was like love at first sight. I promise you that I will take care of you forever, my love. I won't kiss you though, you've touched my feet so yeah. Gross.
Sometimes I make me laugh so much because I'm so funny. Okay, I'm kidding.
That wasn't the only purchase I made. After lunch we were walking around the mall, and mama asked us to buy the really delicious sugar doughnuts from Giant. Seriously those are so good. They're so soft and big and fluffy and just...amazing. The best part is that 4 pieces of them cost only RM2. Sometimes the cheap ones are so much better than the posher, more expensive version, you know.
Anyway, when my sister went to buy the doughnuts, I sneaked into Speedy to look for One Direction's Up All Night Tour DVD. I've been crying (okay well that's a lie) after seeing that all of my fellow Directioners own the DVD. Yesterday I promised myself that I WILL get myself a copy. And that's exactly what I did. I accomplished a lot yesterday, if I do say so myself.

I wanted to post this photo to Instagram but as you all know, or don't know, Instagram had a few technical problems because there was a power outage in West Virginia. It was a trending topic on twitter, too.
After we got back from the Mines, I did my prayers and then quickly popped open the DVD. Ahhh the feeling of finally owning a copy of this is just spectacular. In the evening, we visited our next door neighbour because they invited us for tea. Aizad and I talked for a bit about university stuff. We went home early because we had to get ready for a wedding in Gombak. Auntie Hanna and Uncle Umar's wedding to be precise.

It had been a long time since I've dressed up for an occasion, so I did my makeup rather carefully. Psst, Auntie Liza praised my makeup skills. SCORE. It was a good day altogether. Praise the Lord for all the things I have. I am blessed, alhamdulillah.
Yeah well I do like One Direction quite a bit. But I don't care if they're cliche. Sometimes when I'm stressed I always look for videos of them and they make me laugh. Like a lot. Not everyone will understand but if you do, that's awesome. It's not a bad thing that they're ridiculously hot either. And they sound great! Justin Bieber ain't got nothing on them, seriously. No hate, Bieber, but I know you're jealous that they're getting bigger than you. Haha.
