
Geez. If I ever be as skinny as that girl, I would stuff as much burgers as I can into my thighs through my belly. I guess this is what they call as 'painfully skinny'. Hmmm. It does look painful.
Here's the deal; in 12 days, there would be a Graduation Day ceremony for us seniors so there's only one thing to do; get skinny and get skinny FAST. Who wants to look like a whale on their high school graduation day? Unless of course, whales. Hehe.
But here's the thing. I'm REALLY bad at disciplining myself. If I ever plan to workout, I'll do it for 3 days and then I stop. I never do it again after maybe a month. So you see that getting fit is a total bomb for me. I wished I hadn't stop going to taekwondo lessons. Those classes can really work my ass off. Like, literally. I had a flat tummy and I was generally slender. Now, I look like a sloppy cow.
I don't even know if exercising works. I mean, I've never done it consistently so I never knew how many lbs I lost. Of course, I do feel more energized and fit. But it doesn't really show from the outside. Thanks goodness for my workout sheets. I already have a routine so I would know how long I can stand sweating and doing sit-ups and stuff.
I need tips. TIPS PLS!
Someone gave me these tips;
1. Small portions for every meal. Have healthy snacks in between meals.
2. If you crave, pick alternate foods. Seventeen Guide can help you.
3. Workouts are boring sometimes; play it up a little. If you like dancing, it'll do.
4. Ever tried fasting and working out on the same day? It works for most people.
5. Fruits and veggies. Keep them as your friends. Say bye bye to junk food, please.
Holy guacamole. This is gonna be hard.
